O app não funciona adequadamente c trava bastante, a parte de teleconsulta se tu fecha o microfone e o vídeo na espera, ele não abre mais e vc perde a consulta… bem ruim essa parte.

Atendimento e localização

Gosto muito do atendimento por telefone ou pessoalmente.
Todos muitos atenciosos ,educados ,respeitoso.
Sobre a localização ,acho que deveria ter uma clínica CCG 24 horas na zona norte e zona sul de Porto Alegre.Fica muito longe o acesso uma urgência na madrugada ir até o centro de POA.
