eventually the Hard Rock let you down
So I’ve been playing on Hard Rock for many months and starting out things were good. I was winning pretty well I did lose, but I was winning almost more than I was losing and things were great but now lately it’s no matter how money I put in there it’s just lose lose lose like I’ve pumped hundreds of dollars in there and all the games that I was playing that I hit bonuses on I’m no longer hitting the bonuses. I’m deleting the Hard Rock app because all it’s doing now is just taking my money. It’s like no matter how many times I play it now it’s just lose lose lose I can put $400 in there and I won’t hit any big bonuses. I’ve hit some bonuses but they were small. I have one like maybe $13 or at most. I won the money back that I ended up losing, but I’m not gaining nothing Hard Rock has let me down and I’m probably not gonna continue to play on their games because they modify their games to wear eventually you’re just gonna keep losing.

Refuses to pay and honor bonus bet over world cup
I took part in the “No Goal No Problem” promotion throughout the World Cup. The details of the promotion were simple and straightforward: Place a bet on the 90 minute three way markets and if the game ends in 0-0 tie Hard Rock claimed it would pay up to $250 in bonus bets if your bet settled as a loss. This was their insurance promo for the duration of the tournament. I placed a $250 bet on Spain and of course the game ended in 0-0 after 90 minutes. After a day and not receiving the bonus bet, I reached out to support. They told me to wait 48 hours as sometimes that can take this long to settle and that this was their policy before looking into the matter. After 48 hours I still had not received a bonus bed, so I reached out to support again and was asked to prove that the promo had existed… then I was told that the proper group would look into the matter and get back to me via email. It’s now been five days and the company still has no paid this bonus bet. There is no legitimate reason why this bonus bet offer is not being honored and why it has taken so long. My account is in good standing and I played by the simple rules of the offer. I have emailed and contacted support through chat 5 or 6 times and am still being told they are looking into the matter. It’s hard to believe why this issue should take so long. When I place a bet the funds are immediately withdrawn from my account. I’m surprised such a large betting organization would drag their feet and offer nothing but excuses. I will be reaching out to the gaming commission next week if this matter is not settled.

When it comes to winning larger prizes, the app glitches and than you lose. This has happened many times over, but when I complain, it falls on deaf ears. The app conveniently glitches and the app will stop as you lose your progress to win larger money. If you google this app, you will see thousands of people complaining. Do not use their online slots.

They changed the winning odds on slots
Great app don’t get me wrong I was level 6 almost 7 but about 3 month ago they changed the odds of winning big.
What hard rock was trying to do in the beginning of dropping past motor race was give you a big pay out, you keep playing eventually get addicted and now they changed it so you give the money back and more so if I was you I would not play slots unless you want to lose money.
Btw I lost 10,000 in one week, sometimes I hit the bonus and get 9.50 to 12 dollars back. I had to uninstall.

This World Cup I was using this app worst experience ever. More than 5 occasions , play by play didn’t make an accurate decision. At last they pay a bet for Spain to score first goal 3 days later took it back saying that the game ended 0-0 . This may not scaled but this app is trash don’t used
