The app crashed on me during a verification step and when i tried later to log back in they said my account has been terminated. Mind you i had a balance of money on my account. So i have been in contact with their support side (the biggest joke) for the last two weeks. I provided them with pictures of different forms of identification that they are requiring and they never let me know how the process was going. I had to call back in to find out that they decided to permanently terminate my account and are telling me they cant explain to me why.
