Don’t come here
Do remember this is a 5 star hotel.So first of all tea you only get 1 free drink per person and if you want water but already have your first drink your gonna have to pay!
The bathroom: so for 2 DAYS, we didn’t get new toilet paper and ran out. Asked for a shaver never got one and looked a mess

Let down to HR name
Have stayed before and was luck if it was 10% occupancy.
Thought this time we would try day pass and them steak house at night. No menu and overall lack of info on website (very unusual for a HR hotel).
Email customer services where after some back and fore was instructed had to download the app to look at menus?!! What a complete joke!
Once downloaded I can see why they make menus so difficult to find because it’s extremely overpriced for mediocre food.
Never had a customer service refuse to email menu.
App is poorly laid out and overall seems designed by the kids club

Really bad hotel
Whoever rated this 5 star must have had there pockets lined the food is really bad we had to eat out every night .service to get a drink is very slack over half hour to get a cup of tea .now the rooms are another issue balcony not good to sit out on long narrow dark .shower leaked into room everyday I went in reported 3 times still leaking when I left .the same bedding on the bed all week and cleaners move your things around and make bed toilet was not touched or the floor .water don’t expect any daily water left in room this is the worst hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying in

Awful check in - queues - no staff
Not write a bad review anywhere in years. So far not impressed with checking in. 2 staff members, queues long wait. Far too long. 😫
