App Keeps Crashing

App keeps crashing each time I watch a video from the library.

Not worth it

Way over priced. Many other options out there that are free.

Great app to get started

I love the app, everything is well written and well described. It makes it easy to use and to follow. The only think I would like to change is change the way you put the weight for the lifts. I would prefer to type the weight instead of having to find it.

Great workout app

This is a very good workout app. The different exercise routines are great. Some suggestions would be instead of allows having to scroll to add weight, be able to type it out. Also, the weights allows go back to 0, which makes it more time consuming. Also, exercise alternatives would be good- my gym doesn’t have a hack squat. Finally, for meals, should be able to input own foods like in my fitness pal.

With improvements has potential to be amazing

Great concept and app. Scrolling to add the weights is too time consuming and would be more efficient to type it in. As mentioned before calories and diet plan needs to be able to be adjusted based on calorie needs. Formula that calculates based on caloric needs and auto adjusts the food would be beneficial, even though the portions may come out a bit funk. As a female 3200 would be a major bulk not a cut. Love the workouts though
