Won’t load

Ever since the last update approx 1 month ago when I try to open the app, it will not load. Went to a local branch who said they were working on it. Still not fixed. Very frustrating!!

Needs tweaking

Like the new app, but it keeps on crashing, keep getting “security certificate isn’t trusted” then app closes

The app needs serious work. Half the time it doesn’t even work. The layout is not as user friendly as it was before.

Logging on

Have to enter password two or three times before it will accept it. Keeps locking us out of the account.
