Won’t load
Ever since the last update approx 1 month ago when I try to open the app, it will not load. Went to a local branch who said they were working on it. Still not fixed. Very frustrating!!
Needs tweaking
Like the new app, but it keeps on crashing, keep getting “security certificate isn’t trusted” then app closes
Terrible
The app needs serious work. Half the time it doesn’t even work. The layout is not as user friendly as it was before.
Logging on
Have to enter password two or three times before it will accept it. Keeps locking us out of the account.
Great! But can we get some upgrades!
Really great banking app.
In addition, can we ask for the following features like other banks’ apps already have?
1. When mobile depositing checks, there’s no option to turn on the flash. It would be nice to have.
2. FACE ID! We need Face ID please.
3. Total balance. Some bank apps have a total balance number showing. It’s good to have that number visible so you can few good, or bad about overall capital.
In addition, can we ask for the following features like other banks’ apps already have?

App crashes on open?!
I notice that the app keep crashing as soon as I open it. I check that I have the newest app and my phone is using the newest software.
It has been happening for several days.
It would be nice if the app can have face/ ID touch sign in as other bank app also.
Does this app not compatible with iPhone X? I can’t open the app so I couldn’t use the check deposit in the app.

Needs Improvement
The app is easy to use, but I don’t like how my savings balance appears in my checking balance due to overdraft protection. I would like to see the actual book balances when I sign on.
