Lot of bugs and Display features
1. Notification Management
The app consistently displays notification indicators, but there is no dedicated section to view or manage those notifications. This creates confusion and negatively impacts the user experience. Notifications should be accessible, actionable, and easy to locate within the app.
2. Lack of Fuel Estimation and Consumption Metrics
The app does not provide an accurate estimate of the remaining fuel, which is a fundamental feature for vehicle management. It also lacks average fuel consumption and fuel efficiency statistics, making it difficult for users to monitor riding efficiency and plan refueling. These are essential features expected in a modern vehicle application.
3. iPhone Connectivity Issues
The bike display frequently fails to establish or maintain a stable connection with my iPhone. This results in unreliable synchronization and reduces confidence in the smart connectivity features. A seamless and stable connection is expected from a modern connected vehicle ecosystem.
4. Frequent App Connection and Login Issues
The app often disconnects unexpectedly and logs me out without any apparent reason. After being logged out, I am frequently unable to log back in, even after multiple attempts. This affects access to vehicle information and connected features, making the app unreliable for day-to-day use. The login process and server connectivity need significant improvement to ensure a stable user experience.

Good user interface and features
This aap have very good features but there are some issues like that it disconnect bluetooth connection automatically after some time and i have to connect again otherwise it is totally a very good app

Frequently Disconnecting
The app is okay. But the app frequently disconnects from the bike. So all music controls and call pickups everything stops working. I ride this to office which is a 30-45 min ride and within first 10-15min the app gets disconnected even though I am not leaving it idle amd continuously adjusting volume, changing songs. As soon as a call comes and the call connects to my sena intercom, the app gets disconnected even the Bluetooth connection is still on… Please fix this. This is a beautiful bike but due to this poor app, the experience is getting worse

Lots of glitches in this app
The HD Connect app has a lot of potential, but right now the experience is very disappointing for X440 owners. The app is full of glitches, frequent connection issues, random disconnections, delayed notifications, and syncing problems. Many times the bike fails to connect properly through Bluetooth, and some features simply stop working without any reason.
The biggest issue is that thousands of X440 bikes are already on the road, but the app still feels unfinished and poorly optimized. Connectivity features are one of the major selling points of the bike, so users expect a smooth and reliable experience.
Please improve:
• Bluetooth stability
• Faster syncing with the bike
• Notification management
• GPS and ride data accuracy
• Overall app optimization and bug fixes
The X440 is a fantastic motorcycle, but the app experience does not currently match the quality of the bike. Hoping for regular updates and proper support from the development team.

Just branding no extra features
TBH at this point it feels this is just a branding app and gives no additional feature, I have purchased x440t and when I tried to use this app it has no other feature than Navigation that too which is broken and doesn’t even have correct address of the service centre in my area. Please fix the Navigation option to show searched item near user’s location, or better switch to google maps as Mappls does not have reliable data. I have paid ₹ 2,79,500 for the motorcycle and yet you not giving SOS was big down for me as it was not even told then this Navigation is also broken just ruined the experience digitally.
