No alarm for a low battery
So now it finally happened. I forgot my lights on over night and the system didn't give me any alarm of the low battery. When I checked the app it just showed me the charging voltage when my car was on the previous time. I used before the T-Mobile sync up drive, which always notified me if the battery got critically low and I was able to check remotely the battery level when my car was parked. I'm super annoyed that Spark doesn't show this.
The other missing feature is to set a custom sound to an alarm if somebody hits your car. Now the sound is so soft that you wouldn't even know if something happened to your car when it was parked.
Please fix these missing features ASAP.

Terrible
This is the worst thing I have ever bought. It works sometimes and most of the time it shows the vehicle in the wrong place. I have sent numerous emails to them with no help. I wouldn’t recommend this for a tracking device. There has to be something better NOT THIS
Almost does everything
I used T-Mobile Sync up Drive before. This Harman app does it all and even some more, but there is one feature that was important for me in Sync up Drive that is missing from this app. You can't set a good alarm sound when the device detects a disturbance. If someone breaks into your car, you would not even notice.

Obsessed
Love having spark, i can track the driving all the way down to the speed plus i know if anything is ever wrong with my car, and the kids can watch shows on the Wi-Fi, couldn’t ask for anything better!

I love it ! It works great messes up rarely when you in neighborhoods with a lot of trees but overall it’s a recommendation from me so get and enjoy!
It simply doesn’t work…
Purchased this device when switched to AT&T few months ago. It simply doesn’t work, trips haven’t been logged for some reason, lots of trips missing, loses connection frequently even though being plugged in. The information it provides is not current, there is a huge delay. Really disappointed.
My Spark
I love the spark. I can get online anytime anywhere I’m in my jeep. I deliver groceries and was missing a lot of deliveries because I couldn’t get the notice because I was having a difficult time getting the internet while in my car

WiFi in an old car
The Harman Spark brought my older Buick into the WiFi age. However, sometimes it just fails to provide WiFi. I would put this in the fairly reliable category and it is worth the cost (device $50 + a monthly fee from AT&T $20).
Annoyed
Highly annoyed. I have been using Sparks for about two years and it seems like on a daily I have to unplug it and plug it back in today and required an update I did an update from the App Store open the app and an unknown error occurred I see my vehicle is no longer listed so I’m going to add my vehicle this time is asked me for the IMEI number which of course is on the box outside of my vehicle. I am on the road this is unacceptable. Is there a Wi-Fi in the car now. Thanks you guys are freaking genius (sarcasm). Nothing worse than trying to troubleshoot while you are driving!! Unacceptable

Lots of potential but flawed
The app is seriously delayed in notifications its notifying me of events from 6 hours ago and the device is unhooked right now..
Awesome App
The Spark+ App is great. Obviously, my family and I love having internet in our vehicle especially on long road trips. It such a convenient app showing vehicle location, vehicle diagnostics, vehicle gas levels and if your vehicle has been tampered with. The service is inexpensive and you get more than your money’s worth.

Could improve on a lot like putting audio and a camera with it so we could have for our personal use in case anything happens we have our own proof.

It’s nice to be able to keep track of my vehicle. I will be glad when the app is updated to track the few things that it doesn’t do at this time.

The only down side is that the SIM card that comes with it is not useable right away you have to register it with your carrier and they send you out a new SIM card that works with your mobile carrier was a little frustrating/confusing at first but once you get it up and going works great so far .

App not functioning properly
I was able to install and connect my spark, but the app seems to have an glitch. There is a few buttons at the bottom of the screen that sit over top of the menu buttons that allow me to interact with my device. So, with this bug, i can only see the devices location, and none of the other cool features. Doesn't seem to by an option for web access to the device either. So until this bug is fixed, this app and device is pretty useless to me and will be returned. Great idea for the device! App was a flop.

Pretty dope
So far liking it 👍 can’t steal my car without me knowing. It could add some stuff, like it says disturbance detected but doesn’t say what kind of disturbance would be nice if it did. Also if someone taps your car with their door or something it would be nice if it told you where it got tapped from left side, right side ,front, back ,or anywhere.

App Keeps crashing
I like that the app sends you notifications about what’s happening with a vehicle, but when I click on the notification the app never loads. Then I go to the app and it crashes. So I have no idea which vehicle it was for. Please fix this issue!!! It’s frustrating
