Useless app!

I have been unable to remove my old vehicle, nor does it allow me to add my new one. I tried calling the customer service number, only to be told over and over that they can’t help me. I have never encountered an app so useless.

After I put my NIV number from my 2018 Pacifica limited a message told me to call an agent ! And nobody at those numbers. How I can use this app? Thanks for your answer.
