Needs improvement
I’ve been using the Chrysler app since I got my car. However, it needs features to update faster. My app keeps showing an error message that my car doesn’t have. I’ve been trying to clear it for months, but it’s still there. I took it to the dealership, but they said that my car doesn’t have the error. I need a faster response and a better view of the app. I also want to be able to customize and remove options. Uconnect was way better. Maybe they should add a SOS mode to the app, a faster location response, and seat cooling for the passenger and driver. They should also add steering heating and the ability to turn on the AC. Other car apps offer better options for less money. It need a lot of improvements!

Can’t access in 2026??
I can’t create a new account. It tells me that page doesn’t exist or it telling me to contact an agent but the support button doesn’t lead anywhere with phone numbers
Best Sedan Ever
My 2021 Chrysler 300S with the HEMI is the best sedan I have ever owned. I just drove hundreds of miles on two lane roads and having the ability to pass quickly was wonderful. We took the 300 on a family road trip instead of our new Subaru SUV because it is more comfortable and does better in the wind. I wish I had bought another 300!

Service Records Disappeared
For some reason all the service records for my car have disappeared, except for one oil change that was done while traveling in another state.
I guess I can enter them by hand as I have all the paperwork for each service, but that seems crazy to have to do that.

Update just broke the app
I have been using it for years for my Pacifica. It just forced an update on June 5th. Now, I can’t do anything like start the car unlock the doors. Nothing. Now all I can do is look at fuel level and tire pressure. Unacceptable. Useless. Fix your app!

Pacifica
I like it thus far except that it moves downward opposite direction while I have the gear on forward drive or rear position. And that’s scary.
This app sucks
It signs me out of my account all the time unexpectedly and when i go in to put in my password, it says incorrect when i know for a fact its the right one. I had to create new accounts multiple times, and when i press ‘forgot password’, it sends an email to me- to verify the change. But they didn’t make this process any more bearable. The website will never load. It just stays on the loading screen.

They fixed the icon moving issue. Does all of what I’d expect. Only downside is having to pay for remote start, which I don’t have to for my Ford.
Convenient but…
We enjoy the ease of being able to lock, unlock and start our can from inside. But once you command start your vehicle using the app, there is only a few seconds to confirm that it has been started and then the screen returns to normal. It would be great to have an indicator in the app to tell you if you’ve indeed started the vehicle and that it is still running on command start

Love this app! It is so convenient to be able to start, lock/unlock my car from my phone and all the other features that come with the app are so useful!
It’s poo
It works but, It’s a slow, App takes long to connect so it is slow to lock/unlock the doors also it takes forever for the location to update. I keep the App because, I worry that my electronics will fail if I don’t keep it.
App has no available functions
I opened up my app to start my car and it said it needed to be updated. Did the update, and now I don’t have the ability to use any functions on it. It doesn’t even give me the options, they’re just gone from the screen. I rely on my app in the winter because my car is parked too far from where I am to start it via key. I really enjoyed having the app but now that it’s not working I don’t really want to pay for it. Can you please fix the bad update?

Lots of little gripes
Overall does work, but the lack of haptic or visual feedback when touch-holding controls is frustrating.
The UI is convoluted, and I don't like seeing ads for other Chrysler stuff.
I had aftermarket telematics in my last car that were far more useful and intuitive -- also less than 50% the monthly cost of XM/Guardian as well.
