Keeps crashing
Love this mag but it keeps crashing on my iMac air?
Please offer the option to read the print version online
I love the layout of the magazine, however from this version I only get to see the online version.please offer both!!!
Constant login failures
Both the iPhone and iPad apps fail to recognise my login details, so I cannot access my subscription at all. No such problems on the website, but what’s the point of the digital subscription if I can’t access the digital edition? This is the only magazine that has this problem.

Really Poor App
Update Jan 2018: I switched my sub to Hearst as it was supposed to be easier for Hearst than me subscribing via Apple. I’ve had problems with the App not acknowledging my subscription in 3 of 6 months so far. I honestly cannot be bothered with this any more. Back to Zinio, life is too short for the hassle of this App ...
Ongoing problems with download. Both Apple and Hearst say it's not their problem. Neither have a problem taking the subscription money. Poor service. Rubbish App. That'll be no renewal from me, 😡

Not working
The app has suddenly stopped functioning properly since the beginning of July 2017.
The August issue doesn't even display on the main screen -even though I have a subscription from within the app.
I have tried everything, to no avail.
I have reported this to customer service - still no real answer after 3 days.
I can't be the only person who has complained...
It's a pity that such a good magazine has such an unreliable app.

Slow to load
Love the magazine, struggle to get latest issue each month.
Issues
The issues are always delayed in release. It is end of July and the August issue is still not out. Horrible
Unsubscribing
Two weeks ago the print magazine was released, still not available on the app.
Customer service tried to help but couldn't.

Had the app for a while but now it won't automatically download the monthly edition? Harpers say it's not there problem as do the people at Apple!!?

Awful. I love the magazine but this is hopeless. Slow download since Nov 2016 and no download at all for Apr 2017. Digital support isn't there (at least not since two working days ago by email and not at all by phone).

I love this magazine,and have been reading it since the 1960's when it was Harpers and Queen. When it became harder to find the print addition, I found I could download to my ipad. It tajes FOREVER to download. I have now paid for the March 2017 issue and it will not download. Why? I am able download Vogue and Tatler, what gives?

Very disappointed
I'm so disappointed with this new version. It's very slow to upload and the layout has been changed - I preferred the version before, it was faster and simpler. Love the magazine s always, loved the previous version of the app, hate this version
