Not maintened

The new “service request type” does not work. And without being able to make a selection, you are unable to submit a request. Without this functionality, this app is useless.

Pointless app

App doesn’t work. Feel like it’s made to fail so it nobody reports anything!

Can’t get service at my location

As others have said, I put a pin at my address and it won’t let me pick any services (road to driveway transition repair in my case). So if I don’t get any services, how about you not charge me any taxes.

I bet we taxpayers paid a fortune for this defective app too.

Can't use app.

Delete it or fix it!! It's hard enough trying to get help

I am unable to actually submit a request

The app needs de-bugging. I am not able to actually submit a request.
