The new “service request type” does not work. And without being able to make a selection, you are unable to submit a request. Without this functionality, this app is useless.

App doesn’t work. Feel like it’s made to fail so it nobody reports anything!
Can’t get service at my location
As others have said, I put a pin at my address and it won’t let me pick any services (road to driveway transition repair in my case). So if I don’t get any services, how about you not charge me any taxes.

The application worked fine until the latest update. Now it doesn’t work at all. I can enter your location and that’s it.
Can’t report issue
No matter where I place the location point or where I search the address. It does not have a service request type. This causes for my grievance to not be allowed to be submitted.

Every location I’ve ever tried to submit a request for always says no request type available at that location. Therefore you cannot submit a request. The app is useless.

great! But took a minute to figure out how to report the location. Either: press and hold for 3-4 seconds on the spot on the map for it to drop a pin, or use the search icon on the right of the map.
The instruction is a bit hidden, the instructions only shows up if you open the map.

The location of submission is based on home/profile location, not the actual physical location of photo .

I have tried to make three different service requests. The app crashes before sending my information and it saves no information about them. It is useless as it stands.
