Add to Cart in List?

Please add back the Add to Cart button back to my shopping list. Otherwise I’ll just use the desktop site.

The list functionality is insane

I’m not sure what they were thinking. The list functionality is like a weird puzzle. So insane.

Worst app

Of all the shopping apps, this is the worst. Currently, the app has stopped sorting list items on any sort of order so I have to play what is three aisles ahead with my phone. The location of any item should be listed on app. Instead it just says ‘aisle may vary

Shopping list deleted from app

Disappointed that the shopping list is no longer in the app!!!!🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

In-Store not in-store

If I tap on “In-Store” don’t give me items the store does not carry, it cheapens the store brand.

Miss paper ads

I would shop at Harris Teeter when I would see mailed paper ads but don’t bother now. Out of sight, out of mind, unfortunately. Good z Lion still has paper ads & I can see what’s on sale without having to be on my phone for every thing.

Slow, doesn’t load

Very slow app, doesn’t load pages when I hit them, frequent black screens

Great store. Terrible app.

Search "loratadine" = 292 results. In stock only = 291 results. Actual = ?

App *always* signs me out and *always* has trouble signing in. It's so bad that it's comical.

load more in flyer doesn’t work

i constantly get an ‘error loading deals’ message so i have no idea what’s on sale. awful app to navigate

It just keeps getting worse

Every time there is an update - it makes it worse. Love how my password which is saved in the cpu stopped working. The tech guys eventually will have to find a job they can’t make mistakes always on and just update to cover it up. 😂😂 AI will do it for them which is so much irony don’t you think?

Awful

Cannot switch stores. Locked into just one location

The greatest store in town

Harris Teeter

Item location and pharmacy time

App does a poor job locating items in aisles. Frequently I am met with “aisle may vary” even for items that never change location.

The pharmacy tab also does not accurately reflect holiday hours. They are listed as still open July 4th even though a sign at the pharmacy lists them closed for the day.

gone downhill

Where is the order ahead button for deli meats, pizzas, and subs? I used to be able to do this to save time on my lunch break. I don’t have time to wait in line for a sandwich at noon. This is a deal breaker for me.

You should hire someone from Apple to write your program because your IT people have no idea how to make this app people friendly

Buggy App

It’s great but tons of bugs. I use the app for shopping and my prescriptions. The prescriptions no longer show the dates for pending or on hold prescriptions in the status. And shopping can be choppy and freeze up when searching. Most recent update is messy.

Update is less helpful

I haven’t been able to use the app to build my shopping list for over a year. The sale page in the app seems very random and doesn’t seem to include all of the sale items in the weekly grid format, so I have to use a web browser to see all sale items. I wish I could view the “grid format” of the weekly sale in the app.

But my shopping list in the web browser doesn’t show me if I have loaded a coupon on an item in my shopping list and the app does. It would be nice if the developers working on the app and website would speak to each other.

The most recent app update has made shopping in the store with my shopping list in the app much less efficient. The display was changed from a list format to having giant pictures for each item. Now I can only see two items on my shopping list at a time. Since a number of items always end up in a generic category instead of the correct aisle, I have always had to scroll up and down my list to make sure I’ve grabbed everything in that aisle. For example, eggs and Cheerios are currently grouped together as breakfast. They are not in the same aisle in my store. This is not helpful. Also, my green pepper is by itself in an “International” category. Why isn’t it with my broccoli and cucumber in Produce? So not helpful.

But at least with the last version of the app I could see 10-15 items on my screen at a time. Now my screen only displays 2 items at a time. This app should allow me to properly categorize items that didn’t end up in the right aisle. And it should allow me to choose a list format without all these graphics so I can shop efficiently. I do appreciate seeing my selected coupons in my shopping list in the app. I really hope that doesn’t disappear in the next “upgrade”.

Deli Orders

I used to be able to order deli meats ahead of time with amount and how to slice it. It looks like it only allows you to order 1 pound with no option for how to slice it. Zero stars would be appropriate.

Terrible Ap

A complete waste of time! The search engine does not bring back valid results. Example: Search for lobster and get bacon

Can’t add to cart

My only available option throughout the whole app is add to list. I have nowhere to add to cart. So I cannot do my shopping for pickup order. Useless.
