Needs improvement
Well first let me say that this doesn’t sync up with pottermore and it is lacking all the patronus. For example I have a thestral is pottermore and that isn’t an option in the app. You can get unicorn and dragon though. On top of that the app had a really hard time connecting to my devices wand and wand box. After a hour of working on it I finally got it connected only to have the wand not want to register the sensors then when it did was acting crazy about the spells I was doing. If I drew a straight line it would do a chaotic squiggle in every direction but the intended direction. So to fix that issue for anybody else I deleted the app and redownloaded it. Another bug I seem to be having on IOS is the app doesn’t seem to fit my phone screen. It’s a bit zoomed in. If the bug gets fixed and we get more patronuses I will rate this higher.

Wands are out there
Many are complaining about the wands not being available but they still are. Even though WB had legal issues with this wand, you can still search for them. Got mine off of eBay.
My only complaint is that WB has stopped paying attention to this app. There are plenty more spells you can add to this app. For those of us who have this wand, don’t completely ignore us. We love the wands.

more spells needed
it’s a really fun experience but most of the coolest spells aren’t available to even learn the app developers should make expansion packs available for sale it would make me give this a 5 star review over night
Wand Bug
Every time you’re trying to cast a spell, the line will keep moving even if you aren’t moving your wand.
Wand wouldn’t connect.
I’m giving this a two star because my wand will not connect to my iPhone 14 when I need to pair it. It will show the green circle with a wand but will never connect. If I could get this to connect I may give this a four or five star but until then three stars.

So I first download this app and there was some glitches so I just re-downloaded the app and it worked perfectly once you get used to doing the spells. It gets very easy to cast the spells and you can keep on. Keep on going until you finish all the spells and then You can just keep playing probably one of my favorite app

Kinda cool when it works
Wand quality is the biggest miss with this. Accessories are buggy and frequently disconnect. Thought they would work out the bugs but it’s been well over a year. Very disappointed.

i love harry potter but this is just not a good app unfortunately.I was so exited to download it but i can do nothing because i dont have a special wand and i do not feel like spending £300 pounds for two wands.
Also i cant do duelling coz im to young! Do not get this app if dont want to spend over £100 pounds on a wand that i hear is not even good. I am sad ☹️ 👎

Awesome effects
It could be better if hue lights would work with the IOS application.
Nothing works anymore
When I first received it. Everything worked great. I hadn’t used it in a while so I charged it up and went to use it today. It was SUPER buggy. Even with the wand on the table it said I was gripping it. So I went to the troubleshoot. It said to delete the app and reinstall it… I did and it wiped all my hue lights. I’ve tried reconnecting them but all I get is “you didn’t press the bridge button”. The box won’t charge. Neither will the wand. And I’m using the original charging cable. There’s no where to reach out for support. They haven’t updated the app since shortly after it came out and they decided to discontinue the wands. This all seems like a giant cash grab and I’m extremely disappointed.

Please make these compatible with Govee
We have Govee brand lights in our house and I hoped it would be added so we could use it. Its fun to play with but I wish it worked for our lights.

You need to buy a speckle wand

Breaks at the slightest touch
I bought the collection of the three wands. I went to pair the defiant wand, and the tip of it snapped off, and I barely applied pressure. Now, I'm afraid to even try pairing the honorable or loyal wand because the defiant wand snapped like a twig. I would like my money back, at least for the broken defiant wand, and I went to their support site to try and contact them but nothing because their wonderful support site DOES NOT HAVE A WAY TO CONTACT THEM

Hue integration is broken
It’s a good app but it needs to add more spells and fix the Phillips Hue intergration
App is useless
So when I started it wouldn’t connect no matter how hard I tried, it wouldn’t connect. But then I broke the wand and they don’t sell it anymore. So useless!
Won’t connect
I’ve managed to connect my wand and everything, however I’ve bought a Philips Hue light and the bridge so I can control my lights, however it will not find the bridge to connect it. I’ve tried doing it manually, however it is saying I have not pressed the button, when I have. We’re on the same wifi network, I’ve connected it to my Google home, but it won’t connect to the app.
I’ve troubleshooted everything, deleted and reinstalled the apps. I’ve tried going to customer support but there’s no email or phone number to contact.

Smart lights never worked
I love Harry Potter, thought this was super cool and preordered gave it over a year to get its “supposed” updates. Never seen anyone be able to get it to connect to Hue lights. Now, don’t get me wrong they are connected in the app but don’t do anything. I thought I was going to be able to do spells and change my lights but in the year and a half I’ve owned it…no luck. Everyone on Reddit has had the same issue. 🤷♀️ 3 stars for cool box and fun spells, would’ve gotten five if all the features worked
