Real glitchy and annoying
This app always gets on my nerves. I love my Hasbro action figures, but this app is so glitchy and horrible. I can only open the home page. After that, all hell breaks lose. And also, I can favorite anything. Get a grip, Hasbro.
Worst App I’ve Used
Just gets worse as it goes. Basically bailed on Hasbro at this point. If you have to use Pulse use the webpage because you’re going to pull your hair out using this app.
Non-functioning app
How can a billion-dollar company not have a functioning app. This is the most atrocious app I’ve ever encountered from a company of this size. Can’t even browse the site, let alone make a purchase without being hit with an error message.
Worthless
I paid their price to be a Premium Member all for nothing. Because I was missing out on exclusive releases I assumed becoming a member would help me receive a notice on new releases before nonmembers and would get a better chance at buying exclusive releases but I didn’t. Many exclusives and even non exclusives would be sold out by the time I’d check their website after receiving any notification from them and at times I’d learn about new releases from other buyers because HasbroPulse hadn’t sent me any notification either through their app or by email. Plus they also sell items more expensive than other retailers. Not worth the time nor money with HasbroPulse

Search bar does not work
Was good, now it’s not
This was a sure fire way for me to try and set reminders for myself when certain drops would happen. But now, it doesn’t even load the products that it claims it has! I missed out on a couple of items already because of this! Pretty soon I’ll delete it from my phone because it’s no longer worth the hassle.

Every single time I open this app, it seems like I need to update it once more. What’s the deal?
FIX THE APP!!!
This app has been buggy from the very start, but now it is completely unusable in every respect. Not only can you not search for things, you literally can't even see categories of what they currently have in stock. For a company as large as Hasbro they should be absolutely ashamed of, I can only imagine how much money it's costing them not to fix it!?!?!?!!!

Hasbro Failures
Hasbro Pulse consistently fails customers. Orders cancelled for no reason, constant loading errors and has some of the worst customer service. On top of that, their exclusives are basically scalper specials. Do better Hasbro
Checkout is awful
Great shopping experience up until you need to pay. The checkout process breaks more than it works. I want you to take my money but you can’t figure out how to make that smooth resulting in missing out on exclusives and in demand drops. Don’t get me started on their customer service. Love the brand love the toys even if prices are high. Just fix the basics of how to make it easier for me to be a loyal customer.

Company that supports scalpers
They love to get their exclusives and then make it exclusive to only certain people that can buy up to 5-8 of them before regular people can buy them and if you even want a chance you gotta pay for a subscription that’s outrageous for toys so they’re meant for scalpers terrible company
Fix your app
I appreciate that Hasbro has a app in which you can purchase your favorite collectibles, but the biggest drawback that I cannot overlook is that the app just doesn’t work. It’s upsetting because I do want to spend my money and yet this app just will not allow me to look up the items I’m looking for and there have been a few times where I’ve ordered toys and when I’m ready to check out, the app has crashed and when I have gone back, I wasn’t able to purchase the item I wanted after all.

In a galaxy far far a way and a long long time ago this was a decent app not great just decent. But over the last few months anytime I try to look for products even through there own link I get the message “oops we’re sorry. The page you were looking for cannot be found”. What’s the point of having the app to shop

Just tried to get in to preorder the new GI Joe stuff from the stream. Required an update so did that and now the app doesn’t work. 🤦♂️
