The distribution is horrible! You will advertise one of the main characters (starscream) for the 40th anniversary yet you make him a Hasbro pulse and target exclusive? Yet you can’t properly distribute him anywhere? I feel bad for the people that pay $50 for the premium just for everything to sell out to the scalpers.

Pics NEVER Load!
This app is the WORST. For years the photo loading has been terrible and it never gets any better. I could be holding my WiFi router in my lap and they wouldn’t load. You tap on a figure’s picture and it’s just an endless spinning star.
Horrible customer service
I never leave reviews but this needs one. This company over charged me for an order by $30.18. I’ve been attempted to reach out via email (the only way to contact them) and they take almost a week to respond back to me and all they do is tell me the products I bought and their prices. I keep explaining the situation and showing them evidence that I am missing 30.18 due to an over charge and just ignore what I’m saying. I’ve been attempting to communicate with them for WEEKS I get one email every 4-5 days. On top of that one of my packages claimed to ship September 4th but for over a week it was stuck at the “label created” step. Attempted to contact them about that too and have no received an email back still. Honestly buy your figures off Amazon it’s cheaper and shipping is so much quicker. I was a fun fan of pulse for 2 years but now I’m just sticking to exclusives. I didn’t even mention the number of times they just randomly cancel an order of mine with no warning or anything. I’m exhausted of trying to do business with this company.

I get the emails to check a product pre-order out. Email redirects to app and “can’t find page” — it can’t find any product page after checking out a few items.

Somethings wrong with the purchasing. I tried to purchase something and it says not working wait 20 minutes and I waited and it’s still not working. Can you please fix the app and give it a better update please

No matter what I click on when it comes to my account details, order history, addresses, preferences, and payments methods it does not show me anything cycles and kicks out.

Just tried to get in to preorder the new GI Joe stuff from the stream. Required an update so did that and now the app doesn’t work. 🤦♂️
Update: it’s been awhile since I’ve tried to use this app. Received an email showing something I wanted to preorder, it sent me to the app and it still doesn’t work. Guess I won’t be preordering anything. Fix the f’n app!!

This app constantly closes and doesn’t let you see your confirmation number after ordering I ordered something 6 times because no notifications went through before i realized that my bank statement had 6 charges they need to invest money for a billion dollar company that is unacceptable

Why Bother
Why bother with a Pulse Premium membership if the app is going to fail and cause you to miss out on exclusives.
Pulse is number 1
Hasbro pulse always comes through with product. I love the premium benefits so much. Exclusives are easy to get without having to go conventions.

Terrible app and company
The app and the company are trash. I’ve ordered at least 10 items that never reach me and the issue has never been corrected. As a company they do not respect their customers nor do they strive to improve even the simplest of technical issues. Buyer beware, you will regret it.
What Happened?
I used to use the Hasbro app extensively. Now the dang thing doesn’t even work. I don’t know what happened, but it seems like the app has been completely abandoned. How can an app become this dysfunctional? It’s incredibly frustrating. Hasbro, please fix it!
