Can’t use it
No matter what I click on when it comes to my account details, order history, addresses, preferences, and payments methods it does not show me anything cycles and kicks out.

Just tried to get in to preorder the new GI Joe stuff from the stream. Required an update so did that and now the app doesn’t work. 🤦♂️
Update: it’s been awhile since I’ve tried to use this app. Received an email showing something I wanted to preorder, it sent me to the app and it still doesn’t work. Guess I won’t be preordering anything. Fix the f’n app!!

This app constantly closes and doesn’t let you see your confirmation number after ordering I ordered something 6 times because no notifications went through before i realized that my bank statement had 6 charges they need to invest money for a billion dollar company that is unacceptable

Why Bother
Why bother with a Pulse Premium membership if the app is going to fail and cause you to miss out on exclusives.
Pulse is number 1
Hasbro pulse always comes through with product. I love the premium benefits so much. Exclusives are easy to get without having to go conventions.

Terrible app and company
The app and the company are trash. I’ve ordered at least 10 items that never reach me and the issue has never been corrected. As a company they do not respect their customers nor do they strive to improve even the simplest of technical issues. Buyer beware, you will regret it.
What Happened?
I used to use the Hasbro app extensively. Now the dang thing doesn’t even work. I don’t know what happened, but it seems like the app has been completely abandoned. How can an app become this dysfunctional? It’s incredibly frustrating. Hasbro, please fix it!

Every update somehow makes the app worse and worse. It was pretty decent a few years ago.

Crashes out consistently. Every 2-3 seconds you get an “oops something went wrong” message then you’re back to the home screen
Don’t Waste the Data
This might genuinely be the worst performing app I’ve had the misfortune of downloading. Constant lag, glitches, poor performance in general. It’s unusable. If you want to sign up for a pulse membership, do so on your preferred internet browser.
I was wrong
So I talked a little trash because my Transformer was super late. Boo Hoo. They sent me the 1984 Proton Pack as a gift. I was personally astonished. The app is simple to use but watch out for the AI replies to your emails. But once I got around those everything was way better.
