Delete App
Download and immediately deleted app. It’s just as bad as their website. Downloaded app because the website always freezes and I can never complete order. The app also didn’t let me complete order. Never using this company again.
Fake pre-order
App exclusive hats get released and the app lags so bad you don’t even get a chance to purchase. And then when they offer pre-order options for the highly sought after skull chief, everytime I do an order it gets cancelled by hat club right away before I even get my order confirmation email. I get a notification from the app saying the pre-order is almost over and I go to try to place another order and it gets cancelled for unknown reasons, I’ve tried it with debit cards and credit cards and proof checked my address and names for billing. It’s a joke. Hat club is back dooring hats that collectors want to get their hands on. And nobody knows why they’re wasting our time.

A lot of the hats are cool and unique and they have a lot of nice drops every so often, for unique and interesting hats.

This app sucks and so does this company. Downloaded app for a specific “app exclusive” only for it to be sold out in literally 20 seconds. That’s bad business as I will just buy hats from other shops that actually want my money.
