I can’t login into my new Hattie B’s account
This new app is horrible. It keeps telling me that my phone number already exist.
Doesn’t work
The new app is broken and the old one worked perfectly. The reorder function was broken but on the new update, it doesn’t work at all. I had to use their website and they require a time now and do not have asap as an option. If you put in a time that is too soon you have to try again and it’s in 15 minute increments. They don’t have an asap option.

App doesn’t work half the time
The developer has the idea but the execution sucks. Ever since they updated to the new app selecting a location to order from doesn’t work. Other times it’s payment. When I select a location it keeps spinning and never goes anywhere. The new looking app is really bad.
Buffer to DoorDash
The app often buffers to a point where you can’t order. The restaurants don’t take orders over the phone and will direct you to order off DoorDash where you will undoubtably be charged extra in fees.
App constantly has notification badge
The app icon constantly has a “5” notification badge on it. I’ve clicked through every app tab, read and deleted any notifications (which I’ve never had 5 notifications at once), and tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Why?
Changed rewards after updating
User interface feels clunky. It’s runs better, but corporate changes how the rewards work, sucks :(
Pretty good app…..
The one thing this app is missing the ability to scan receipts or missed scans. I would have rated it a 5 if not for that.
New app
New app is night and day better than the old one. Design looks great and it’s much easier to use

Best Hot Chicken Ever
I love Hattie B’s and it has always been a part of any trip to or passing through Nashville. Shut the Cluck up is very hot however great taste. I eat as much as my lips can take.
Yall could have Apple Pay
I had to spend Extra time and energy because you don’t have Apple Pay. Which decreases the chance of your employees getting a tip because people are hangry and frustrated

Wrong location changed on its own
I chose right location and allowed app to see location and location still changed to broadway on its own. Glad I double checked.
