Good food, bad app
I enjoy ordering from Dog Haus because I like the food, but the app hardly ever works the way it’s supposed to. I have to try multiple locations to get a delivery transaction to go through every time.

Haus Buffalo Wings
Absolutely love their wings and tenders! The serving size is great and the sauce is delicious!!!
Is great only for pickup
It always tells me there’s an error validating my basket if I have it sent to delivery, so I’ve never been able to use the app for delivery, only in-store pick up.

Rewards system doesn’t work
It lets me stack up my rewards points but then when I add qualifying items it won’t honor the reward. It just gives a message saying error validating basket. Disappointing when a medium sized burrito it ~ 15 dollars.
Rewards don’t work
Love the app, everything is easy to customize and find. One major problem though. Rewards don’t work, at all.
Doesn’t matter what reward, as soon as I add it to my cart, it says “Uh oh! Error Validating Basket”
I have 250+ points, enough for any reward they offer, but can I use it? Nope.
Oh, and of course, the moment I remove the reward from my cart, there isn’t a single issue with validating my basket now.
I’ve tried redeeming several different rewards, none work.

I was really hungry today, so I figured let me stop at Dog Haus and get me some of their burritos cause it’s been a while since I had the burritos let me tell you it tastes even better

First order’ reward does not work!
The first order’ reward can’t be redeemed. When you apply it to your order, you get an error and it doesn’t work!!!
Disappointing app experience
The prices in the app tend to be different than the menu prices in store. And each restaurant prices things a little different too. There is so little consistency across the Dog Haus locations and the app. This is the second iteration of this app and apparently they can’t still get it right.
Fabulous Food
Love Dog Haus. Have ordered multiple items, Holy Aioli and Little Mule burgers are fabulous. Fries and Onion Rings are super tasty.

The food was hot, cooked to order, and toppings were fresh and crispy.

I've had the Impossible Haus twice and have enjoyed this sandwich. I don't really mind that it's $15 because for me it's two meals and so filling.
I enjoy sunny side up eggs BUT it was too messy to eat at work, the scramble eggs worked better.
The tater tot's in the sandwich is delicious, however as a side it has no flavor and they aren't crispy. I guess they are truly made for the burrito.
I hope this place last so many places are here then gone.

Good food and a great rewards program
So easy yet sooo good
Ordering online is very fast and easy. All of the selections that I order are very good , from the chicken sandwiches to the burgers you can’t go wrong. Belmont location has excellent parking and very friendly walking staff.
