Thanks so much for the review! Just wanted to clarify that we do not use any of your content in our marketing or sales material without your written consent. We use the content you provide us with as needed to let you conduct eye tracking tests. For instance, if you provide us with a website, we'll show it to your test subjects and use it to generate a heatmap showing where they look. We won't use your content outside of what's needed to use our product and you maintain ownership over any info you provided us with. We have another section further down in the Terms that clarifies this more: 10.2 Publicity. You agree that Hawkeye may refer to your name and trademarks in Hawkeye’s marketing materials and website with your prior written consent (which may be by email). This means if we ever want to use your name or content in our marketing materials, we have to ask you first. Hope this helps! If you've got any other questions, just let me know :) Thanks, Matt
