Crashes. Wouldn’t even let me sign up

I even tried to download in my computer. It doesn’t even launch the app before it crashes in my computer. And in iphone, none of the buttons work, can’t sign up or sign in or anything

Sketchy

probably should turn the mic feature off before you record yourself. which it requires you to record yourself...

Does not work at all

Can’t even get past calibration even with my glasses removed and in a well lit area.

Really cool eye tracking

This app is awesome

Sketchy terms of service

Terms of service grant the developer a worldwide and unlimited license to use and distribute any content you submit to the platform for marketing and sales etc., which is totally unacceptable for any sort of content creator. Since this is marketed to marketing professionals, that seems like a big red flag. Using this for testing a proprietary platform would compromise any sort of exclusivity or NDA you may have. Sketchyyyyy.

Response from developer

Thanks so much for the review! Just wanted to clarify that we do not use any of your content in our marketing or sales material without your written consent. We use the content you provide us with as needed to let you conduct eye tracking tests. For instance, if you provide us with a website, we'll show it to your test subjects and use it to generate a heatmap showing where they look. We won't use your content outside of what's needed to use our product and you maintain ownership over any info you provided us with. We have another section further down in the Terms that clarifies this more: 10.2 Publicity. You agree that Hawkeye may refer to your name and trademarks in Hawkeye’s marketing materials and website with your prior written consent (which may be by email). This means if we ever want to use your name or content in our marketing materials, we have to ask you first. Hope this helps! If you've got any other questions, just let me know :) Thanks, Matt
