Issues with current app version
1 - Touch ID VERIFICATION.
iPhone 8 - Start app home button takes fingerprint and logs in. When finished using the app and after logout. Press the home button to get rid of the app but the app logs in again because the fingerprint is verified AGAIN 😡 Solution: Upon opening the app and similarly after logging out. The home screen should have the option to log in using fingerprint and ONLY after selecting fingerprint option should it log in using fingerprint. This will eliminate the extra login when exiting the app.
2 - “SECURITY MEASURE” IS A NUISANCE
iPhone 8 - After 10 fingerprint logins. (Half of which were not voluntary) The app wants you to enter username and password. BUT DOES NOT RECOGNISE YOUR LAST USED USERNAME AND PASSWORD. You have no option but to login using FORGOT PASSWORD and to reset the password. Here after providing all the details you are asked to select a new password. BUT THE APP TELLS YOU that you CANNOT use the last 5 passwords. The SAME PASSWORD which it refused to let you login with.
This is the most ridiculous and time wasting feature of this app and most annoying.
Please Get rid of this feature which is supposedly for the safety of the user OR fix the problem. So that it logs you in when you enter your password instead of MAKING YOU CHOOSE NEW PASSWORDS EVERY TIME after 3/4 days. Because this programming flaw in the app logs in twice EVERY SINGLE TIME you use the app and then forgets your password to let you login but remembers that it was your last password and asks you to choose a new one 😡
