Worst app
It’s the worst app one can ever create. The purpose of this app is to check yr schedule and it’s useless and defeats the purpose! U can’t do nothing here and I really don’t wanna even have it in my phone but out facility requires this to have it . For what I wonder??? Absolutely useless!!!!if I have to give zero stars I would give minus 10!!

Almost always has a glitch
Frustrating to use. Glitches constantly. Needs frequent updates.
Terrible app
There are so many bugs and glitches. I keep having to restart it almost every week. I have to use it for work and for activity regarding my schedule. It’s not really user friendly. Even with updates it does not feel like the app is getting better. I’m trying but it is annoying. It’s always an error, takes forever to load and sometimes it won’t even let me go to the swap shifts option!

I only use this app for work. Other than that I wouldn’t even use this app. It’s horrible!!
Annoyed of the updates
The only reason why I still have this app is to see my schedule when I’m not at work other than that it’s very annoying. You have to update this app almost every time you use it. 🙄

This app works 2/10 I try to use it. Hca the most profitable hospital in the USA can’t even build a decent scheduling app

I hate hate HATE this app. What’s the point of putting in days off if it schedules them anyways. It’s putting new people on shifts while kicking off other people out of their regular set schedules. I was told I HAVE to put a weekend choice in just to get my days accepted- even though I’m not expected to work weekends. Now we aren’t guaranteed our set schedule like before and that used to be one of the benefits of this job. This app and scheduling system is just ANOTHER thing to worry about. Would give this 0/5 stars if possible.

Garbage
Constantttttttttt issues. It works MAYBE 15% of the time. It’s the only way I can see/submit my schedule and it’s a constant pain. I’ve never used an app with so many issues.
Makes things VERY difficult
It’s great when it actually works, and when you try to submit or report a problem that NEEDS to be dealt with immediately, it won’t let you.
Not the worst but a lot needs to be fixed
Beats having to find the schedule online but why is it like having another social media app? One that constantly has to be updated, logs me out randomly, and always has a giant note plastered everywhere about a glitch.
Absolutely Terrible
This is the worst app I have ever used before. It crashes, it won’t load, it freezes. It’s the way we see our work schedules, pick up shifts, and make requests… pretty important things, yet the app hardly works correctly. There has been a message for over a month stating they are “aware of the issue”, but yet nothing seems to be getting worked on.

New update sucks
New update messed up. Can’t see open needs on schedule
Full of glitches
This app continues to disappoint me. I’ve had it for 2 years and with every update it somehow seems to get worse. I can never access my schedule, which keep in mind, is the whole point of this app. It constantly says “error”. Logging out and back in never fixes it either. DO BETTER.
Worse Transition For Scheduling
Absolutely thee worse I’ve seen, too many crashes in system, when they update one thing they mess something else up. This is one of the worst decisions HCA made with scheduling
Awful won’t show schedule
When will you fix the bug for not showing or allowing schedule it has been OVER 2 WEEKS!
Unreliable
Most unreliable app I have ever used. Does not work when you need to see your schedule.
No social media board needed
Requires repeated logins by redirecting to a browser inside app that often crashes and requires the whole app to be closed out and reopened to access your schedule
There isn’t a way to go straight from login to Timpani - always have to see the social media board which I don’t want to see or be apart of

Seriously Guys
Every time this app gets updated I lose access to my work schedule until I find how to fix it.
Just stop updating it, it is not like they are adding any new features or helpful UI changes, just updates for the sake of updating, and every one is an inconvenience. The app already does everything it needs to do.

Bad just bad
Absolute garbage worst app ever pls change EVERYTHING

App is constantly updating and then an error occurs. It takes the developer months to fix. A new app with new developers should be used.
