sucks!!
this app sucks it is always kicking me out and making me authenticate my account and it always says my codes are invalid when they’re not so i’ve been unable to log in for weeks now. I need this app for work. FIX IT
Very poor platform
Slow, buggy, not user friendly, clunky. I don’t normally review apps but I had to go out of my way for this one. As someone who’s entire family is in software development and coding, this app is actually insulting to use on a daily basis
Worst app in the world for scheduling
Always glitching. They don’t do the maintenance for the bugs and it shows. 0/10

It literally couldn’t be any less reliable if it tried.
White screen and constant maintenance
I honestly never cared for it because the app would work when it wants to, however now my app won’t even load. It’s just a white screen and the logo won’t even pop up. I’ve uninstalled and installed multiple times and it still won’t show the login or even my schedule if it hasn’t signed me out.
Schedule
Where did the schedule option go to? I don’t even see it on here anymore

In order for anything to work you have to delete the app redownload most likely delete again and it still doesn’t work!!!
Just Bad
Constantly updating, and for what? The app never gets any better. Embarrassing tech for a multibillion dollar company.
Logging in
If I didn’t have to use this app for work I would delete immediately. It crashes soooo often I end up just getting my schedule from my manager because of how unreliable it is. I have to log in and do the dual verification every time. It will often crash in the middle of login in and have to do it all over again.

At least they’re consistent?
Constantly “buggy” and throwing errors at all times. HCA puts as much care in this app, that countless employees have to use, as they put into prioritizing patients over profits.
Constantly Updating
Redownloading and updating the app once a week is not ideal.

This the worst app for work. It needs to be updated more often and it never works I only use it for work and if I didn’t need it I would delete it. Please fix it.
Schedule
Since switching to timpani and updating the app I can hardly ever see my schedule. This is the only place we are told to find the schedule and it is frustrating considering we can’t even view our schedule here.
Have to use for work
Terrible terrible hardly works constant updates, gets shifts wrong, just not very good.

Wished I could delete this
I have to use this for work. It is the worst app ever constantly receiving errors never loads having to reload and constant updates that never fixes the problem
Absolute disappointment
Always throwing red errors instead of loading your schedule. I delete and redownload the app and it doesn’t help, having the latest update still doesn’t help. Pointless app if I can’t see my work schedule from home.

Frustrating having to constantly update app and what is more frustrating, this is for my work schedule, no other choice.
Endless updates
The amount of updates required for this app is excessive! Pretty much every week or every few days. One star for that :(
