Frustrada
Frustrating having to constantly update app and what is more frustrating, this is for my work schedule, no other choice.
Endless updates
The amount of updates required for this app is excessive! Pretty much every week or every few days. One star for that :(
Never working
This app never works. I have to use it for work of course and I am PRN and trying to pick up extra shifts. But I can never look at the schedule because it never loads. This app is just a pain in the butt to use and I don’t wanna text my team members because I may or may not be able to work that day I’m asking about. It’s just a huge pain in the butt to use.

terrible genuinely
Wish i could view my schedule and see which days im working, oh and what if i want to pick up more shifts? CANT cause the app has been crashed out on me for days
Rarely works
Always throwing red errors instead of loading your schedule. I delete and redownload the app and it doesn’t help, having the latest update still doesn’t help. Pointless app if I can’t see my work schedule from home.
Always a problem with this app
Issues non stop. Always has pop ups. Always not working for one reason or another. Really annoying.
Not opening after forced update
New update made it so I cannot open the app at all now I’m having to call my manager while I’m on vacation to ask questions about my schedule. Not the first issue but the last straw. Terrible app.
An App for Work that Barely Works
Writing this review because I have to “update” this app yet again.
If this weren’t required for work, I would have deleted it a long time ago.
I can count on one hand the number of times I’ve used it without running into bugs. Most of the time, it’s unreliable, inconsistent, and frustrating to use. Every update promises improvements, yet the same issues keep coming back—or new ones appear.
An app that’s supposed to make scheduling easier shouldn’t be constantly throwing errors or failing to work when you need it most. Instead of simplifying work, it often adds unnecessary stress.
If this weren’t required for work, I would have deleted it a long time ago.

Always produces errors
Use this app for work. It has steadily gotten worse over the past 5 years. Especially since switching to timpani. Constantly have to log back in. Always produces an error initially and you have to back out of it. You’d think HCA could afford to have a working schedule app for their employees.
New update no change
A million updates and I still can never see my schedule. I guess that’s what happens when we rely on AI

Find a way to integrate calendar to iPhone or Google Calendar please.
Needs to be abandonware
Garbage app. This is forced on workers, nobody wants it.
It’s slow
The app sucks. There’s always updates on it, but nothing changes. It’s so slow and laggy. Half the time it doesn’t even work and yet there’s so many updates that fix nothing.
Not the worst but a lot needs to be fixed
Beats having to find the schedule online but why is it like having another social media app? One that constantly has to be updated, logs me out randomly, and always has a giant note plastered everywhere about a glitch. Why does it need an update every week only for the same pop up about it not working to appear every time I click on something???

AI should not be scheduling humans
Constantly not working. Have to reinstall and that doesn’t always fix it. Haven’t been able to see the schedule in a week. Put work preferences in and get a random schedule. Can’t easily pick up shifts. Manager no longer has ability to fix schedule issues.
Non functioning
Terrible app for a hospital that makes multi millions. I just want to submit my time off and it doesn’t work. I logged out and in, deleted the app and reinstalled…
Worst app I’ve ever used
It’s disappointing that an app necessary for work is so unreliable, slow, always down for repairs, constant updates (sometimes it’s been multiple days in one week) and I have to stay worried about missing assignment updates. It’s a 92 mile drive to work …so any schedule changes I may miss could be a big problem for me. The developer of this app/software should be ashamed to have their names attached to this app…I’m amazed in this century we are using an app like this for work, but it does parallel the same feelings about expanse…which we also use in this hospital…aren’t people who developed software/apps competitive enough in their area of expertise to want to put out something better than what’s already considered the best? Wouldn’t you strive to have the best app/software on the market instead of ones that are less than acceptable for daily use? It’s almost like there was no pride in what you created…made enough money off of it I suppose to not care….even in the slightest? Just curious
