I wish we could view providers from the app as that is where health comp agents refer you to first..I can never get it to load!
Doesn’t work
This is the most useless app I have ever used. The developer should be embarrassed to have their name associated with it. Rarely loads. It is very slow. And all the links don’t work. Not all the links exist that their website sends you to.

Such a frustrating app that rarely works! To customize dates for a search you have to use their provided calendar but then it won’t use that written out format, you have to enter the date as 2 digit month, day & then year but there is no option to enter digits only use the calendar provided.

I downloaded this app solely for the purpose of accessing my ID cards. It doesn’t work. It tells you turn your phone to the side but still doesn’t work. It seems from the other reviews that this issue has been ongoing for 3 years now.

The one thing you might need to do from your phone - show your insurance card - doesn’t work. Also doesn’t work on mobile if you go to the website. So the app was a waste of time and so was trying to do any of this on a phone.
