App says Login Information is incorrect
I loved the app when it used to work but recently it’s not allowing me to login. I thought it was me, but I changed my password multiple times and I am able to login through the computer. The app doesn’t accept my login information. I would really love to view my account through mobile.
Login incorrect
Reviews from five years ago said their login credentials were showing up incorrect. I’m having the same issue now. I have never been able to login to the app.
Won’t let me in
App used to be great. Now I can’t sign in at all on app even though I can through website. Very frustrating.
Complete Garbage
It keeps telling me the login information is incorrect but no it’s not, I login just fine on the computer and I’ve had someone verify I am not just fat fingering something. The app was great when it worked and now it’s just trash not letting me in. And their customer service is impossible to get ahold of and doesn’t answer back for weeks until you get your employer involved. Complete garbage. ******Be warned****** I would highly recommend choosing another company
