i’d like to say that this bank is really great every time I need help there’s always someone there to help me they go above and beyond their job and I appreciate each and everyone of them. Thank you so so much.
Horrible app
The app always crashes. It always makes me reset my password cause it never accepts it. When I go to enter a new password it says can’t use the previous one. Just reset my password last week and that password is apparently incorrect now. So now I have to change it again! Stupid. I just want to see my balance. And zelle hasn’t worked on the app since I’ve been with the bank for a few years. Put some care into the app. You guys only have 3 banks for people to go do transactions at. Do better.

Zelle works
Was going to give it 1 star because it didn’t have Zelle. You have to opt in to bill pay then you can see Zelle. Very happy with app.
Where is the zelle??
The app literally says that they have zelle, and they are confirmed on zelles website, where in the flying FOLK is the zelle tab on this app?????
Zelle
App is great but instructions for Zelle in app are completely off because I have clicked every single place in the app and there is not a single place that mentions Zelle. I’ve troubleshot with agents over the phone and have gotten nowhere. Really considering a move to another bank that does use Zelle.

Not working at all
The app won’t work right now. I’m in iOS 14.5 beta and the app is just a white screen every time I try to use it. Please fix this so I could access my accounts easily again.
Says it features Zelle, has no Zelle in entire app
I’m annoyed because I just went from Zelle app to my bank app and log in here and do this there and at the end of it all you guys literally don’t have a button in the app or ANYTHING about Zelle... so there’s a Zelle app but I can’t get my money from it, I have to use my bank app, which states supports Zelle on the webpage and Zelle even let me pick my bank as an option. And yet somehow there’s nothing in the app at all. And yet somehow the only way to register and receive my money... in through the app that doesn’t have the feature they say they have. SO FRUSTRATED. Please for the love of god, either stop advertising you have Zelle when it doesn’t work or even appear in the mobile app, OR FIX THE APP. PLEASE.

Great Bank
My family has banked with the bank of Hemet for over 50 yrs. I opened my own account there not because I needed to but because I enjoy the the small town family business feel.
Don’t get me wrong, it’s A big bank and it offers all the services every other bank do but here, the tellers have a warming vibe about them. They really do treat you like you’re the only customer. I fo most of my banking online but I do go into the branch periodically, I am always greeted with a smile, a friendly “welcome”, a positive attitude from the tellers and leave there feeling good inside.
Don’t get me wrong, it’s A big bank and it offers all the services every other bank do but here, the tellers have a warming vibe about them. They really do treat you like you’re the only customer. All of the tellers are always very nice and helpful. I have never had any issues or problems.

App will not let me transfer money!!
Bad connection
I have been having a bad time logging on. I can log on very sporadically. It keeps telling me I have no internet connection, when I can log on to other sites.
Fix the App
No network connectivity pops up. App useless.

Unable to use app for several days now, pop up says “no network connectivity” even when using WiFi
Glitchy
Please fix ASAP. App historically has worked fine until 2 weeks ago. A pop up message keeps repeating that I have no connectivity. I utilize other bank apps which work fine. Please repair this problem. I’m a happy customer of bank of Hemet and I’d like to keep it that way.
Doesn’t work
It wouldn’t work on my iPad 2 (iOS 9.3.5). On my new iPad 6 (iOS 12.2) it states I don’t have network connectivity even though I can access any and all websites.
Perfect
Current version works flawlessly. Good UI that is nice and easy to use and no bugs that I have seen yet. Exactly what I wanted in a banking app.
Ok for the first try
Good for checking my bank account. But it looks like a teenager designed it
