A little tricky sending photo’s for specific days.

Last update is a disaster

After the last update, I am not able to access the JHA features of the app. I am also not able to refresh the app. It gets part way through the refresh process and freezes up. Fix it fast, as I am required to do a daily JHA!

It could be better

When using a keyboard, tab doesn’t work to move to the next box, if I send a form and it fails, I have to completely fill the form out again (which happens often if your internet service isn’t the best)

Daily traffic control inspection report not working

I’ve tried filling out the report but every time I try to send it, it fails to send and it’s been happening since the new update happened. Hopefully this gets resolved soon

Photos is a disaster!

Updating the photos to have a whole 1/3 of the picture taken up with yellow text has blocked out many details in the photo. The text is a mess, there are lines writing on top of each other and it’s just coordinates instead of addresses like the timestamp app I was using gave you the option of having. It also doubles the pictures in storage. Please take it away or at least make it optional, I take 30-150 pictures of the job site a day for traffic control and having jumbled text on top of things I’m trying to show in the picture is unacceptable.

Improve app for phones

It works great on my iPad but horrible for iPhone. Can’t do half the functions. Can’t search for names or equipment. Can’t add per diem.

iPad vs iPhone

I use this app for timecards and daily safety documents. The functionality on my phone is non existent. I should not need to carry around an iPad for something that COULD be done on my phone.

Would be cool

Would be cool if you could make were you can see total hours in a day. Multiple job in day kinda annoying to go back double check all of them. In the same sense a weekly total to check. So u don’t have to go back add them all up.

Hit and miss

Things are easier being on your phone is a super big convenience. But I can enter start stop times in the time card field not can I add specific quantities of material to my cost codes. Have to keep lugging the tablet around for now

Actually usable on android

I used this app on android and loved it. Not on iphone. Pictures dissapear, but show as added. Anything i do on phone app does not show up on tablet. Cant change the order of workers without starting a new timecard. Super disappointed.

Very glitchy app

I have had to fill out the same report multiple times. Some of the written text is sometimes omitted after reports are sent out

Question

Is there anyway to search up equipment on iPhone I had no problem doing it on android ? A search bar that way your not strolling through all the equipment to just look for that one?.

For some reason the program closes and then I have to put all the info back. Some days it never happens often it happens multiple times a day. I would stop using the program if I could.

Crashes

This app is a good tool except for the fact that it constantly crashes and closes me out of the app whenever I go to upload multiple photos.

Not the most user friendly/time effective

I work for a company with hundreds of employees. Why can’t I search for crew member names and equipment via a search bar? I’m having to scroll through all of the employee names in the entire company, to add individuals to my time card.

Hi! There is a search bar above the employee and equipment lists, but please give us a call if it's not working for any reason. We also added a new feature several months ago that sorts these lists by the most frequently-used resources. If you have any questions, our 24/7 support team will answer in 3 rings or less. Easy to use

This app has been easy to use. As a project manager I love getting access to the foreman’s time and production immediately. No more waiting for the foreman or a courier to deliver the paper time cards and reports.
