I have been facing persistent issues with Digital eRupee for the last five months. Every time I try to check my balance or perform transactions, I receive an error message stating, “OOPS! Something went wrong. Please try again after some time.” Despite multiple attempts, the issue remains unresolved.
This is highly frustrating, especially when trying to use the wallet for essential transactions. A digital payment system should be seamless and reliable, but Digital eRupee has failed to meet even the basic expectations. I have ensured that my app and device (iPhone 15 Pro Max running iOS 18.2.1) are updated, yet the problem persists.
Customer support has been of no help either, as there are no clear solutions or fixes. If Digital eRupee wants to be a serious competitor in the digital payment space, these technical issues must be addressed immediately. Until then, I cannot recommend this app to anyone relying on it for smooth digital transactions.

The app is not allowing me to transfer funds to others. Neither it is allowing me to redeem, possibly, this is a bug or an issue with the app only and I don’t understand how developers working for Hdfc Bank can afford to give such a bad experience to the Hdfc customers. I have been using the HDFC Digital Rupee app, but my experience has been disappointing. The app has not shown my transaction history for the past six months, which is a critical feature for any financial platform.
