Application not working on Mobile network
Hi Team ,
I am using your application for my CCTV camera from many years , now I installed it again after 1 year . CCTV is online and I manually added the device in your application, it is working fine if I connect it with same WiFi which I am using for DVR but if I go out from my place and wants to see it online with the help of different Wi-Fi or mobile network, it doesn’t shows me anything. Kindly help , your help will be appreciated.

Cuando salgo de mi casa, no se pueden ver mas las cámaras. No tiene sentido entonces tenerlas. Solución??

Tem 3 dias que não consigo fazer o login, sempre dá “login failed” ou “net time out”.

Problema permissões
Boa noite não aceita bloqueio de permissões. Pelo acesso http a conta está bloqueada acesso as gravações, porém mesma conta tem acesso full pelo app. Não corresponde as polícias de acesso aplicada
