Honestly terrible program
Why am I sharing my data if I have to manually enter it into challenges anyways? You'd think 10k steps and 18 miles of biking in a day would count for something but nope, worthless unless you go out of your way to enter manually, daily to a challenge.
App crashes
App crashes and can’t get past the log in screen.
Flashes on Login
Can’t get into account. App wants to use Face ID to sign into account and just sits and flashes or just loads with a spinning logo.
Employees always extremely annoyed that you’re calling.
Everyone I’ve spoken with at Health Advocate always sounds extremely agitated that you are calling. Had someone be very sarcastic to me when I asked what I guess was a stupid question? Extremely unpleasant and I’d rather just deal with insurance on my own, which is really saying something.
