Hire a good app designer
My company uses Vitality to incentivize healthy behavior to lower our out of pocket cost of health insurance. Great I am onboard. However the app is consistently having issues with crediting activities. Periods where we don’t great credit ad hoc challenges. Now we have rolled over to a new year. Start the pain again with confusing changes to the app that are even less intuitive than the last version. Fire current designers and maybe try AI. Can’t be any worse.

Doesn’t Recognize Me
My employer says I get bonuses if I use this app, but the app says I don’t exist. Well, OK not in their system at least. I’m a new user and I know my birthday and name. Kind of pointless if I can’t even get passed step 1 of the login process.
Can’t log in
Can’t log in at all, both app and IOS are up to date. Every time I log in it asks for the email verification code and after I put it in I’m taken back to the log in page and have to keep doing that to no success
App issues
Can no longer log in since the last app update
Horrible
Constantly logging me out very buggy support never gets back with you. What a joke had to change my phone number never changed it never use this app I’m done with this garbage app
