Keeps saying “location disabled”
Tried to order through the app. Kept getting an error message ”This location is disabled” for Sherman Oaks. It was allowing me to order from other locations. So I called the store. The AI agent tried to push me to order through the app. I asked to talk to a person. The person at Sherman Oaks wouldn’t take a phone order and told me to order through the app. Full circle. Waste of time.

HN App. Unable to add rewards to my order. Sucks. Tried multiple times, to multiple orders. Will try to use in the restaurant instead. Hopefully they will honor it.

Great Place
Food is consistently fresh and delicious! I eat here 3 times a week …..Also super important is that the staff is super nice and my orders are always correct. New soups are all good! I tried each one - really good. Thanks HealthNut 😃
Terrible app
There’s nowhere to understand what you are being charged for delivery and no way to put in your phone number for previous accounts. Their customer support is simply terrible.
