This is the type of app where you end up typing your in my case long, email address, several times only to find out you really just can't get in. The website, especially the user interface, desperately needs to be redesigned.

I could not log in and reset the password several times, and each subsequent time I tried to log in, it asked me to reset the password again and again.

Random email
I was trying to sign on to this app - gave some info (NOT including email).
Once I submit it, it shows “success!” - a login link has been sent to (completely random email)
I never gave my email, and the email that showed was not even close to mine. Now I’m worried that someone else has access to the info I submitted.

I don't get the negative reviews on this app. I find it easy to use and results are on the app quickly

I would rather stab myself in the leg with a rusty fork than use this app.
•The billing is never right or available.
•Still have not fixed the Apple Health connection.
•the first entire page of most of the menu items is a huge “PSA Notice” with most of it being for people in Utah, which I am not. Can’t hit “OK” or any other way to get rid of it besides scrolling past it on every page.
•So….M….F…..ing….slow…. I usually don’t stick around to see if it actually completes so most of the app doesn’t work because of it.
• Security. There is so much stuff in the app that doesn’t work so it redirects the navigation to the Patient Portal website. This means the navigation requests coming from the app are constantly flipping to being requests from your internet browser, where sometimes you have to login again so it’s not using, or keeping track of your authentication sessions to the Patient Portal. This is really bad because it means you have 2 separate authentication sessions happening for a single end user app experience. I don’t even want to know how they hack that mess up on the back end, but it sure makes for a terrible app experience.

I don’t think it’s possible to make it worse anymore
This is a terrible non-working application. I think their goal was to create the worst application.
Still cannot connect to Apple Health
How about one of these generic “bug fixes” updates fixing integration with Apple health syncing? STILL cannot properly add account and fails after login. “Unable to connect”. Broken since launch and is literally the only critical feature so folks can have their info in one place. I’ll just use the desktop to read charts.

STILL no Apple Health sync
Fails to connect to Apple Health after logging in. STILL. After over a year. Really frustrating and cripples Apple product integration.

I can’t even get an account set up bc it doesn’t recognize me as a patient?? Worst health app I’ve run into, ever! Completely useless.

Unbelievable amount of my waisted time
No information
Other than my name this app has zero information. No upcoming appointments, no past appointments, no lab results, etc. Nothing. And there doesn’t seem to be a way to fix it. What’s the point?
Zero information in the app
I created my account a few days ago and there are no records of me whatsoever even though I’ve been a patient with this provider for about 8 years.
Terrible
Hard time finding anything useful in the app. Won’t let me schedule an appointment with my doctor, can’t message her about non urgent questions, can’t refill my prescriptions, lab results make no sense. What’s the point of this if you can’t do anything on it and have to call the office 500 times to get ahold of someone anyways? Ugh

Feels like it was designed by doctors, not consumers.
You cannot edit your address/phone number…but you can change your time zone!
You cannot view bills from all Steward providers.
Lab results from the same blood test are broken up into a million different parts….SIMPLIFY THIS! We don’t need a heading at the top with the date, source and ordered by for every result, just show this heading once!
View and Download did not work under the Visits section
When you click on appointments, I would expect I could see my past appointments. All I want to know is when I had my last annual physical and it’s like an Easter egg hunt in a forest…at night.

This app appears to be non functiong
Currently the app only seems to show upcoming appointments and billing amount due. Everything else simply says no information is available even though I have had lab-work done numerous time over the past year and been going to the practice for 30 years.
