Blocked Out!
The Mobile App does not accept my user password combination. But the Desktop works. Crazy. I can't be bothered with this App.

I really need to speak to a doctor but because you can’t select your language or use any of the dropdown lists at the moment, I can’t book a doctors appointment!
Awful. Clunky, slow, takes ages to decipher.
Honestly, I couldn’t be bothered navigating around this app. Just call the doctor, even with lengthy answering times, it’s still quicker to call.

Uneducated, space garbage. Did you ask ai how to design worlds worst app? If so congratulations. Whoever approved this was scammed, and should get fired also.
Worse than public office apps
So laggy that you would think it’s created in 2010. Lost connection all the time when connected to best wifi. I submitted documents and nothing saved so starting again… it’s a joke, fix it or remove it and work off website
Bad app, bad service
The app is designed in a very clunky way, totally not straight forward as eMed. You cannot see or select GP who will call you, you cannot book exact time for the call. Also emed GPs are way more versed than here. Disappointed overall
Terrible, don’t buy!
Terrible service, received two phone calls on separate occasions and both times was advised to book an appointment with my GP.
The first call was understandable why they needed to physically assess me but the second time was for a sore throat!. Absolute shambles!.
If I needed advice I would have googled it

Have to clumsily manually generate and enter a registration password
Please code you app to use the functionality that will initiate a suggested strong password when we first register with the app. Otherwise you are encouraging people to use a simple insecure easy to remember password.
Fantastic service
Used twice, both times ‘out of hours’ and both times received a call from a GP within 1/2 hour.
