Bug fixes and Improvements.

Update made it worse

I didn’t see any reason to update the App. It was working fine before. Now I can’t even leave the Health Vitals page. It’s like it’s stuck on it. Nothing works.

Response from developer

Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry to hear about your experience. Last month's update included major UI improvements, and while we identified a few issues affecting some users, we've since released another update that resolves them. We apologize for the inconvenience and the time it took to address these. Please update to the latest version and try again. If you continue to experience any issues, please contact us at support@healtharc.io, and we'll be happy to assist you promptly.

Last update

Not sure what you guys did on this last update, hopefully it was not intentional. If it was it needs to be reviewed. It’s like it was written for a tablet then jammed into a much smaller format. Information layered over other information. Not sure where to start to explain the issue.

Response from developer

Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry for the inconvenience you have experienced with the app. Last month, we released a major app update with significant UI changes. Based on valuable user feedback, we identified and fixed a few display and layout issues, and we're happy to confirm that these have now been resolved in our latest update that was released last week. We apologize it took us some time to address them. Please update to the latest version, and if you experience any further issues, reach out to us at support@healtharc.io. We'd be happy to help.

The date and time

The date picker in the newly released version in June does not work.

Response from developer

Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry for the inconvenience. We identified an issue with the date and time picker in the June release and have since released an update that fixes it. Please update to the latest version. If you still experience any issues, contact us at support@healtharc.io and we'll be happy to assist.

"HealthArc is an emerging leader"

Not when it doesn't work!

I put in my invitation code and then my phone number.
It does not accept my phone number!

Not exactly what I would call "an emerging leader."

You jokers should really beta test your app before releasing it on the General public.

Seems buggy

Just got two devices. Even when they both report successfully, the app does not always show the data. The daily results may show the latest readings, but the app still shows the BP and pulse as pending, even more than 30 minutes after uploading the data.

Response from developer

Hi DaveK1117, Thanks for your feedback, and we’re sorry for the trouble you experienced. The issue you mentioned has been resolved in recent app updates, thanks to valuable input from users like you. Please make sure your app is updated to the latest version. For any further help, feel free to reach out to us at support@healtharc.io. – The HealthArc Team
