App works but no support is provided to resolve problems.
There is no app support whatsoever@No matter how many times you contact support with a question, you will never receive a response. It’s been three months and I’ve never heard back from them.

The only problems are 1. You must manually capitalize the first word of every new sentence. Also, there’s no way to select a virtual or phone call that deals with your health or prescriptions. They should also add a section within medications that is to specifically fill in negative effects you experience with a med. If that were resolved, it would be a great app.
Lastly, the dates don’t sync correctly. I keep entering the date of 07/05/2024 and it self corrects to 08/08/2024.
