Worst ever customer support experience
This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. Throughout this issue, I have received inconsistent updates, false delivery attempt claims, and repeated assurances that were not honored. The delivery executive claimed to have called me and attempted delivery, which was simply not true.
Despite being a long-time HealthKart customer, I have been forced to spend my time repeatedly following up on an order that should have been delivered days ago. Instead of receiving a resolution, I have only received generic responses and shifting timelines.
Your courier partner's operational issues are not the customer's responsibility. What is disappointing is the lack of accountability and the poor customer experience provided throughout this process.

Nasty nasty app. Stinky support people dont even understand issue if customer, they delivered wrong flavour of protein and then refused to take the return and threatened me to not post a review online or they will block my account. Nasty people.

See guys this app is good specially the HK cash / points one point is one rupee you can easily get discount of 300 rs extra on every stack you buy or more depending on your purchase, mostly they have good offers and average pricing as others but on muscle blaze products they have more discounts even than muscleblaze app itself. One disappoint is their HK please give same discounts and more discounts than other brands too also give best pricing than other platforms on other brands , all things like product originality is good verified no more worries on duplicates items good help support though.

Trusting their words, I reordered — only to face the exact same cancellation again for the same “operational issues.”
Cancelling orders twice for a first-time customer shows gross mismanagement, poor logistics, and zero respect for customers’ time and money. Repeating the same excuse clearly indicates that HealthKart has no control over its operations and no accountability for failures.
If your systems are broken, stop accepting orders instead of misleading customers with false assurances. This app creates frustration rather than convenience and completely fails at the most basic expectation — delivering what is ordered.

Maine MuscleBlaze ka Raw Whey liya tha kaafi discount par. Quality is top class.
