Doesn’t work at all

I’m writing this review at the time of iOS 21. As soon as I enter my username / password it crashes & disappears. This app hasn’t been updated in over 4 years. I wouldn’t expect it to work. They should delete it from the App Store & stop asking people to download it on their website.

Just plain bad

App crashes repeatedly. Removed, reinstalled, multiple attempts. Changed username/password. Have to use the web app. Which isn’t the end of the world, but based on reviews, this has been a recurring problem for years. Do better.

Simply doesn't work

I've been successful in the past logging into the app but it's broken at the moment giving me an error code, "Connection Error Can not build up trust communication with servers.(SSLTLS001)" whatever that means. No good on my iPhone or iPad.

12/25 UPDATE
Still doesn't work. Only now after entering username and passcode the app just crashes and closes. No way to get a digital ID card.

Absolutely Worthless

Every time I attempt to sign in to this app, it kicks me out and back to my home screen. Not a good first impression for a new member. Don’t offer apps if they are not properly designed and updated.
