Unsatisfied
Same recipes over and over again and you can’t import them onto your own grocery list. Not user friendly
Charged me for a full year but wouldn’t let me use app
Edit: Support got in touch with me, Apple refunded me, and the team at Healthy Kitchen gave me a complimentary subscription. I’m excited to try out this app to make my life easier!
I was really excited to try out this app so I picked the 7 day free trial. It said there was an error with my purchase and to please try again. So I tried to do the 7 day trial again. It said I was already subscribed, but wouldn’t let me move past the purchase page. I then got a notification that my card was charged $59.00 for a full year’s subscription. If I cancel it, I still have access until September of 2026, but either way it won’t let me move past the “subscribe” page. I just paid $60 for an app I can’t use when I was trying to do a free trial.

⚠️ Warning to anyone considering this app ⚠️
EDIT- I did NOT sign up through google or anything else of that sort! I signed up for the free trial and the app creators Claire Hodgins social media since she has a link I her account for the app. I’d me more than happy to share the screenshots I took of my requests. The lack of accountability is astounding. And you did not send me any emails with any apologies. And because of your horrible response I’ll be reporting this to the BBB
I was really interested in this app and wanted to try the 1-week free trial before committing to a plan. When I signed up, it said I’d get a verification email but nothing ever showed up. Thinking it might just be a glitch, I tried signing up again, and once again, no email. That plus the fact that I could log in without any kind of trial “verification” was a HUGE red flag.
I immediately canceled the trial and deleted my account, but when I tested logging back in, I still had full access. I sent multiple support tickets the SAME DAY explaining that I canceled and didn’t want to be charged, and asked for confirmation. No response. No email. Nothing.
Then, surprise surprise I check my bank account today and see a charge anyway. I’ve already disputed it with my bank since it’s clear no one is actually managing cancellations or customer support.
🚩 If you’re thinking about downloading this app, be careful. The “free trial” feels like a trap, and the lack of communication or accountability is beyond sketchy.
