Newer version is better

I’ve been a HOP participant for years and really like this new version. Better functionality and easier to see the surveys I can do.

Waste

About 6 months ago I used the old app (new one wasn’t a thing yet) to scan and send in my sample and keep track of all the data I added via my profile and questionnaires. The old app and this app now say I don’t have an account (I’m locked out) and all is lost including my sample!!! I called on it and they said sorry, but they don’t have an account for me and I need to start over.

Waste of time and effort. I was looking forward to finding out my results and now I’m so disappointed. They could have sent out a message to everyone. Instead they lost my trust and my willingness to do all this again.
