Doesn’t work
I tried to use it today, but doesn’t work. I searched online and got other people to have a same issue. I deleted and downloaded again, but still doesn’t work! Please have a look at it!
Worse app I have ever tried to use.
With how wonderful the product is and how expensive it is. It’s absolutely appalling this app exists. Please fix it! You should be ashamed to have this app and with all the complaints you receive. Please do something about it. It stops me from using the product I purchased. It’s been like this for years

Sometimes it works superbly. But if it’s started giving you trouble, it’s a mess. Many times I reinstalled but it’s not working and unable to load programs. We invested so much money. But unable to use it perfectly.

disconnecting from the program (I am in range with the phone)
Problems loading, meridians has been an issue for a while & wont load at all.
Frequently have the delete & reinstall the app to overcome glitches.
Great tool but please sort out this tech! We’ve paid fortune & improvements need to be made to the app. I’m a version 1 customer and these issues have been around a long time. Come on Healy!

Pinke App leider mittlerweile Katastrophe
Ich war immer begeistert, doch seit geraumer Zeit muss ich ständig die Pinke App löschen und neu installieren, weil wenn ich das Programm starten will ich jedesmal rausgeschmissen werde und im Hauptmenü lande. Sehr nervig.

It’s fine I don’t even care - gotta delete and redownload and check for update and it works fine. It’s probably a big hassle since that but hasn’t been fixed. I love Healy and what it does thx

It’s not working on my iPhone 11….
I go to press on a Healy program and it automatically goes back as if it automatically pressed an exit button so I cannot use my Healy device and a paid a lot of money for the top of the range Healy device but this current version of your app will not allow me to use my Healy and it’s been like this for a few months now and I NEED to use my Healy device as I’m not well.
Please get this app fixed.

FIX IT!
Crashes constantly, doesn’t connect, works 10% of the time.. I feel like y’all are prob gonna get sued soon for charging $1,000 for something that doesn’t work. It’s ridiculous honestly.

This app doesn’t work! I paid $2.5k for this device and have reinstalled many times and it still won’t work! Money back please!
Absolut unzuverlässig
Wenn möglich, würde ich gerne 0 Sterne vergeben. Die App ist absolut unzuverlässig, aber leider ist man ja darauf angewiesen und kann den healy nicht anderweitig steuern. Es ist zum verzweifeln. Mal funktioniert sie und dann aus dem Nichts lässt sich nicht ein Programm mehr starten. Meist, aber auch nicht immer, hilft dann nur eine Neuinstallation. Das kann doch nicht ernsthaft der einzige Weg sein? Gäb es Alternativen, hätte ich die App schon längst dauerhaft deinstalliert. Für so ein teueres Gerät, ist das absolut nicht tragbar!

App is TERRIBLE but love Healy device
I love Healy and use it often, but would use it more often if the app didn’t constantly crash and have to be deleted and reinstalled just to get it to recognize its needs an update. I bought Healy with the intention of selling them as well but I cannot place my reputation on a device that - in order to use it- requires the worst app I have ever had. I have never had an app that crashes every few days or less. If the app simply did its job I would rate it 5 stars but when the ONLY way to use your very expensive device is to have to go through this app and every other day delete it and reinstall it just yo get it to work…just blows my mind that Healy is rolling out NEW products while still making us use this terrible app.
