Not working
I tried to use with my iPhone 15Pro. Can start the program and send me a software update and thats all. No go, its cold.
Doesn’t work
I tried to use it today, but doesn’t work. I searched online and got other people to have a same issue. I deleted and downloaded again, but still doesn’t work! Please have a look at it!
Worse app I have ever tried to use.
With how wonderful the product is and how expensive it is. It’s absolutely appalling this app exists. Please fix it! You should be ashamed to have this app and with all the complaints you receive. Please do something about it. It stops me from using the product I purchased. It’s been like this for years

Es muy molesto tener que batallar con un app tan disfuncional. Cuando el producto es tan costoso
Not responding
Sometimes it works superbly. But if it’s started giving you trouble, it’s a mess. Many times I reinstalled but it’s not working and unable to load programs. We invested so much money. But unable to use it perfectly.
Die App läuft nie
Ich empfinde es wirklich als unfassbar, dass die Entwickler es anscheinend nicht für nötig halten, ein so teures Gerät mit einer funktionierenden App zu versehen. Ständig stürzt alles ab und man muss die App immer wieder neu installieren und dann hoffen, dass sie einigermaßen stabil läuft.
Ich mag den Healy und seine Frequenzfunktion, aber diese App ist wirklich eine absolute Zumutung.

So ein teurer Geräte mit so einer mageren User Experience
Ich habe schon einige Jahre den Healy. Als UX Designerin ist es unfassbar dass man bis heute an der App kaum Anpassungen gemacht hat: neben der schlechten usability sind auch viele technische Themen (wie z.B. das ständige abbrechen) die man längst hätte beseitigen können. Ich verstehe nicht wie ein Unternehmen der so einen starken Umsatz macht mit diesem Gerät, so eine App den Nutzern anbieten kann. Es wird an der falschen Stelle Geld gespart

disconnecting from the program (I am in range with the phone)
Problems loading, meridians has been an issue for a while & wont load at all.
Frequently have the delete & reinstall the app to overcome glitches.
Great tool but please sort out this tech! We’ve paid fortune & improvements need to be made to the app. I’m a version 1 customer and these issues have been around a long time. Come on Healy!

Es nervt
Dass das Programm laufend neu installiert werden muss, nervt sehr. Bei einem so teuren Gerät dürfte das nicht vorkommen, da besteht dringender Bedarf zur Verbesserung
Pinke App leider mittlerweile Katastrophe
Ich war immer begeistert, doch seit geraumer Zeit muss ich ständig die Pinke App löschen und neu installieren, weil wenn ich das Programm starten will ich jedesmal rausgeschmissen werde und im Hauptmenü lande. Sehr nervig.

It’s fine I don’t even care - gotta delete and redownload and check for update and it works fine. It’s probably a big hassle since that but hasn’t been fixed. I love Healy and what it does thx
