Doesn’t work
Don’t expect it to do what they say. Worked for two days and that’s it. This was an important reason we bought these hearing aids for my mother. We will return them.
Crashes consistently
Consistently crashes after signing in. Still did the same after deleting and reinstalling app.

Completely inappropriate level of complexity and difficulty for anyone with disabilities.

When you sign in it says “enter 6 letter code”. The issue is I haven’t received one yet and don’t know how to
Response from developer
A code is obtained by having the hearing aid wearer invite you to see their data. They do this from the Thrive app with their hearing aids connected. You can also see an option to request one from them by emailing from this same screen where the code is entered.

Love the app! Been waiting for this for awhile! Happy to finally be able to help monitor my grandmothers devices.
