This app is robust! I can do everything I need to, simply and quickly. If you haven’t downloaded this app yet, get it. If you’re not a member yet, become one. You won’t regret it!
Frustrating
Keeps logging me out for no reason. Everything was better when it was DCCU

Looks nicer but lacks features
The new app looks nicer but the menus are significantly more difficult to navigate than the other 4 banking apps that I have. The screen flow is very clunky and isn’t organized in a very intuitive way. Secure messaging sticks out as especially clunky and it defaults to the oldest message instead of the most recent so you have to swipe several times to see the most recent response. Zelle is also not available like it is for my other 3 banks (including another local credit union) which feels like a pretty big missing feature.
Giving 2 stars because this is significantly behind other banking apps but it seems like they are making an effort to catch up and be on par with what other banks offer in mobile and online.

Peace of mind
I’ve been with Dane county/Heartland over 9 years! And I’ve never had a problem! This place has help me when times has been hard! Thanks for being there when times were tough, and no one was there to lend a hand.
Don’t join if you need Apple Pay
Been over a month and they still haven’t fixed Apple Pay. I need it. If you need it. I would wait to join until they fix the issue. Shouldn’t take this long

I like the HCU app. It is easy to use and has everything that I need.

Check deposit function doesn’t work with ipad pro
The window that lets you choose what account you are depositing to doesn’t open correctly. There are other bugs with signing in too.
I moved to another city and can’t find anywhere like them so I am happy to still be a HCU member!
