Have never been able to get the app to work with my H390
Can’t find Hegel
Bought the $8.99 off brand version and it found the H390. The Hegel-brand app can’t find it. I’ve updated the firmware and everything.
Make sure you update your Hegel firmware.
App is great now. I thought my Hegel H600 had finished its firmware update, but I jumped the gun. App only had basic network functionality before firmware finished. Post update, the app automatically unlocked streaming via Airplay, Google Cast, and both Tidal Connect and Qobuz connect. 👍🏻
Great start but pls consider …
This is a great first time app but please consider in a future release adding a more granular volume control. Preferably mimicking the amp itself - i.e a read out of the current volume and the ability to go up or down in increments of 1. The current control is too finicky (can’t believe you didn’t pick it up in testing) - you have to press the slide to see the volume, and that very act changes the volume itself. I’ve nearly deafened the family a couple of times. Please change this!
