Hi Leah, thank you for taking the time to write this and we're genuinely sorry. Losing an hour of a consultation, then having to explain that to your patient, is exactly the situation Heidi is meant to prevent, and we let you down here. You're right that the most important failure wasn't the interruption itself, it's that Heidi didn't clearly tell you recording had stopped. You should never have to wonder whether a session is still capturing. We've listened, and we've since added UI improvements that make it much clearer when a recording has stopped. We're continuing to make interruptions (notifications, calls, the phone locking) far more visible and recoverable, and your report is going straight to the team looking at it. I'd also like to personally look into your session and make sure your support experience is put right. My biggest gripe is that it keeps asking me to rate the damn app multiple times everyday. Look, I am just an annual clinician account holder but this is getting to the point of feel like spam. Please adjust!!!

Hi, sorry about the battery drain since the last update, and thanks for letting us know. We tracked it down to a bug in a third-party component in 3.4.3, and it's fixed in our latest 3.5.0 update, which is live now — updating should sort it out.
