App doesn’t work
Logged in and said I need to use the latest version but it is the only version on the App store with no prompt to upgrade. Maybe beta test before you push it live??
Doesn’t work. No response to email support team
It would be great if it worked. I emailed the app support. No answer. Spoke with the office, apparently it’s been an issue. Seems like a poor choice of a developer team to not have a working app or at the least responsive support team to help when it goes on the Fritz.
App not working
The App is not working I can not go into the app to see what my pup is do for can you please fix the problem. I deleted the app and downloaded it again to see if it would reboot but nothing. I don’t know what is happening but the app use to work just fine until recently
