First steps are a hassle
I can’t even register without the app malfunctioning. I’ve tried via email and mobile number but the app can’t even proceed to the part where I enter the code. Receiving the code was useless.
Doesn’t keep track
The whole purpose of wearing a tracker is to keep consistent track of my health and not have to open the everyone to check.
Unfortunately, I have wasted big money on this one, I need to continuously open my app to ensure that my device is connected to the tracker and it’s just a fail. Is it not going to get any better?? I wish the developers could do something

Seems to be no longer supported
Always says there’s a update but then says update failed also no way to look at old readings

I can’t seem to get my pulse rate, it doesn’t save my details, firm ware does not update, does not record my sleep... what’s up with this?

App doesn't work
The app will not open after it does the health plan thing every two hours. I have to constantly redownload the app for it to work.
