I have no balance of SOL so I can’t do anything? I thought it was meant to automatically swap some HNT to SOL so I can at least transact.

Crashed after latest update
Crashed after latest update, unusable.
Constantly crashes
On iPhone 17 and cannot get the app to open. All it does is open, face id or pin then force closes.
New updated App is tanked
Way ta go. After all the Helium issue now the new update thanked the app. It tries to open even appears as though it does then app just seemingly closes itself. If I can withdrawal my stuff I’m going to finally pull the plug on this “project”.
Update for iOS 26
As of the update today the app no longer works or loads just crashes on trying to open fix needed PLZ

I was around when HNT was earned. Everything at that time worked great. Now, when I log into the app, it says I can’t assert my new location and errors galore are displayed. Fix that issue and I’ll update my review.

Honestly, it’s been a phenomenal experience with the few IoT hotspots that I’ve placed and setup. They just work and literally require zero interaction or maintenance (3+ years now). Before Helium migrated to Solana, there were a couple instances that required physical troubleshooting—but since the Solana migration—I’ve had zero issues and no downtime! A 2.5 rating is irrationally absurd! It genuinely deserves 5 Stars! It’s Set-n-Forget & just WORKS Five-9’s Uptime 🔥💯

Works
The app works fine for the most part. Haven’t had any real problems with, except the occasional bug here and there, but usually get fixed pretty quickly. I do wish it was easier sometimes to add funds to the account so it would be nice if they had a credit/debit card option to add funds that rather than having to transfer crypto into the wallet each time.
