Unreliable.
We chose no subscription and use a sad card to store recordings, when it wants to record. What’s the point of having this doorbell for security if it reports/records at will or doesn’t report nor record at all? We reported the issue to CS using the in-app function over a week ago and still there isn’t a response from CS. In addition, even in direct sunlight, the doorbell doesn’t recharge up much, one has to dismount it and plug it in so there isn’t any watching during the time it needs to recharge which, it can take hours. Unreliable, unresponsive, inconvenient. Toss it.

Loving This Doorbell!
I don’t understand how the rating for this doorbell is so low on here! I absolutely love it! It notifies me in detail when someone is at the door, passes by or a car is near. It also will detect dangerous situations and notify you! It thought my neighbors house was on fire and notified me immediately of the situation!

can’t even create acct
can’t log on. can’t even create new account because no place to create password and app says you can’t log on because no p/w. poor support.
Unfortunate experience
I was super excited to use this doorbell because I had such an awful experience with Blink, but unfortunately the feature I need the most, motion sensor, doesn’t work. They said they’d get an update to fix the bug but that didn’t work. Now I’m waiting to see if they send me a new one as they said, but in the meantime of the weeks of waiting for a update and response about a replacement, I had a package stolen and since I don’t have the motion sensor I have no way of identifying the thief which defeats the purpose of me having a video doorbell.
I’m so disappointed because I like pretty much everything else about this doorbell (it does run through the batter very quickly though, even without motion sensor so that’s not great) but there are some really thoughtful features in both the doorbell and the app, so I hope they resolve this issue and I can get a working doorbell.
