Best Affordable Camera
I originally bought a couple of different cameras for my home and returned all others except the LongPlus SV360. I love that they are inside my home facing out, are easily movable, and I don't have to subscribe to a plan if I don't want to and can install tf cards. The app is easy to understand and connecting to app and internet are quick and without complication. I absolutely LOVE the ability to choose what is captured and it's very precise so I'm not getting nonstop notifications for trees moving. The images and night vision are excellent and I absolutely recommend.

Dreadful
The hardware (camera itself) is fine. Too bad it requires this app to function. The app is nothing more than an attempt to sign you up for cloud storage. Can’t do anything without an endless stream of pop ups “reminding” you of their available cloud storage. I bought a 128GB card just for storage. I don’t need or want cloud storage.
The app itself is a mess. You can’t find where anything is stored, or delete it if by some miracle you do find it. It’s okay for real-time monitoring and video recording, and the motion sensor activation does work, and it takes a short video, but only God knows where it’s stored or how to find it. It’s just frustrating to try and use and there’s no documentation to tell you how things are suppose to work. Needs a complete overhaul. (Although I bet it works much better if you have a paid subscription to their cloud storage service!)

Cameras are garbage
I bought this camera from Amazon. It’s a long plus security camera that sticks on your window. I had a horrible time trying to connect it to the app finally after about 12 or 15 times I got it connected only to realize that it had to be plugged in and had no battery in it while it’s stuck in the window. I put it up and decided that it had to go into a different location. I tried to unplug the camera and then move it and it wouldn’t work so I deleted it from the app and tried to reload it. THAT WAS A HUGE MISTAKE!!!
I can’t get it to load to the app in the server anymore. I’m so mad I could drop kick this camera into the street. Customer Service sucks. There’s no one that answers any of the tickets and I want my money back. And I also want my money back for the cloud service I paid for.
